About Me

It all began when I was helping my sister-in-law, Alice with the flowers for her wedding in Inverness. I was totally inspired by the creative process, the endless possibilities of colour combination, movement, design and texture and the power flowers have to express so many things.

Following a whirl of training, courses and working with some amazing florists I am thrilled to have launched Cecilia's Flowers.

I love meeting clients, listening to what they want and designing beautiful, bespoke flowers for their special occasion.   It is always a privilege to come alongside an individual, a couple or a family at a significant time in their lives and to create flowers that reflect their wishes and the character of their event.

Whenever possible, I like to use seasonal, British grown flowers and I have a  wonderful network of flowers farmers to source the most amazing flowers from.

 I use sustainable principles and practises wherever I can and I never use floral foam.
